Dr. Shetty made me comfortable from day one. His approach was wholistic and at the outset he explained the entire treatment plan. He was upfront with reference to the number of sittings needed and in what sequence he will do things etc. The entire thing was very professional. Appointments are always kept on the dot and seldom one had to wait. Medications were kept to an absolute minimum. Where necessary, he did bring a surgeon and the entire treatment was completed as envisaged and I am fully satisfied. The most impressive thing is that he always had time available to talk to you and explain in terms that would make sense to a patient. I would recommend Dr. Sumanth and his team without any hesitation.

This is going to be long, as my experience with them has been long (almost 8 months). They are basically artists in lab coats and really the best at what they do. Long version: I came to Chisel right after a horrific accident, with stitches all over my mouth, lips and chin, an entirely bruised face, a fractured leg and most importantly, 5 broken teeth, with the gums and jaw bone also damaged. This was just 40 days before my wedding and no other dentist could give me reassurance that I’ll have teeth at my wedding. Dr. Sumanth took up my case and ensured that i had a bridge installed before my wedding and nobody even noticed that my 5 front teeth were artificial. There were complications due to my jaw bone being damaged and thus, the immediate loading implant could not be attached as it risked breaking. If this did not happen, my entire implant procedure would have been completed before my wedding. They gave me a temporary bridge (which looked extremely real and not temp at all) at no extra cost, had me back 6 months later and fixed my implants. These teeth are really a work of art and they take their job very seriously. Since I had already paid complete amount 6 months ago, they need not have taken extra steps like a jig trial, gum reconstruction, etc. but they did so out of their own initiative and at no extra cost. They are really committed to quality work and clearly take great pride in it. They can be trusted blindly to produce world class results, i would highly recommend them. Shout outs to Prathap, Naga, Dr. Mayuri and of course, Dr. Sumanth. You guys are the best!

Dr Rashmi Shetty and Dr Sumanth Shetty are undoubtedly the best endodontists. I had developed an infection in my canine because of a previous failed endodontic treatment. I went to their clinic and they clearly explained the process, was personable, put me at ease by periodically checking on me to know whether I was comfortable or not which was really important, as this was my second root canal on the same tooth. The whole process took less than 40 minutes which directly shows that how much good they are in their profession. Not even a single time I got uncomfortable or felt pain or any other problem while my treatment going on. No pain medication was needed after the treatment, although it was prescribed. It is not enough to say thanks to them for saving my tooth when I could have possibly had an implant. I highly recommend this clinic to you all if anyone need smooth painless root canal therapy.

Excellent service. I took my 2 kids aged 5 and 7 to Dr. Shetty for dental treatment. Doctor Shetty examined their teeth and gums and clearly explained the treatment that was needed. I was also given a convenient appointment time. All throughout the dental procedure, the doctor and his team were very gentle with the kids and made every effort to make the experience very comfortable and smooth. The dental office is beautifully done and has a pleasant decor , conveniently located, with very modern facilities. I always got a reminder call/ email prior to the appointment which makes it so convenient for patients. Overall I am very satisfied with the dental treatment for my children. I would highly recommend Chisel to my friends and relatives. I would call it the 21st century dental clinic.

I had a truly fantastic experience with Chisel. My anxiety was managed, my treatment was gentle (yet very thorough) and I came out with a fabulous set of great looking teeth.
